Return & Refund Policy – PanelPop Posters

By placing an order, you agree to all the terms mentioned below.

At PanelPop Posters, all our products are made and packed with care to ensure high quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for delivered orders. Once an order is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We only provide replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened
  • It should clearly show the issue without cuts or edits
  • Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process any replacement request

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of design
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

5. Custom Orders

All custom poster orders are final and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless they arrive damaged.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • We will verify the delivery status with the courier
  • If it is a code verified delivery, it will be considered successfully delivered

7. Address & Contact Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
