Shipping Policy – PanelPop Posters

By placing an order with PanelPop Posters, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Any additional charges (such as re-delivery or RTO charges) must be borne by the customer

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us (RTO)

6. RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is returned due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, it will be marked as RTO
  • To re-ship the order, customers must pay the shipping charges again

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. PanelPop Posters is not responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect information.

8. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Damaged Package

If the package is received in a damaged condition, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately for assistance.

10. COD Orders (if applicable)

  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery
  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction from placing future orders

PanelPop Posters reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders from customers with a history of repeated failed deliveries or RTO.
